Milica Živanić wins 2nd Best Oral Presentation Award at the 9th International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment (IWPCT)

PhD student Milica Živanić just won the 2nd Best Oral Presentation Award at the 9th International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment (IWPCT), held in Portorož, Slovenia, from Sep. 8th to Sep. 13th 2024, together with the 10th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM10).
Milica Živanić, a PhD student co-directed by Dr. Cristina Canal and Dr. Abraham Lin (Univ. Antwerp) hast won the 2nd Best Oral Presentation Award at the 9th International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment (IWPCT), held in Portorož, Slovenia, from Sep. 8th to Sep. 13th 2024, together with the 10th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM10).
Milica has won this prestigious award with an oral presentation of her work:
M. Živanić, A. Espona-Noguera, A. Privat-Maldonado, P. Matušů , F. Tampieri , E. Smits, A. Lin, A.Bogaerts, C. Canal. Investigating the Effects of Plasma-Treated Hydrogel for Dual Oxidative Stress and Doxorubicin Delivery with an in ovo Sarcoma Model.
Živanić was not the only member of the PlasmaMed Lab to attend the joint conferences. Dr. Cristina Canal presented her work on:

Finally, Dr. Francesco Tampieri offered an Invited Talk on:
