PlasmaMED welcomes Dr. Vladyslav Vivcharenco and PhD student Michal Fornal in their laboratories

Dr. Vladyslav Vivcharenco and PhD student Michal Fornal are a Postdoctoral Fellow and a PhD student visiting from the Uniwersytet Medyczny W Lublinie (Poland) for research stays of four and three months, respectively.

Vivcharenco will be in our Barcelona Headquarters from October 1st, 2024, until January 31st, 2025. During his visit, he will be asessing the effects of cold plasma on biomaterials for future applications in breast cancer. 

Fornal, on the other hand, will be in our labs from October 1st until December 31st, 2024. During this 3-months research stay, he will be performing mechanical and physical analysis of prostheses samples coated with polycatecholamines and drugs or silver nanoparticles.
